Hi, my dad has a canon eos rebel 2000, a slr. he wants to buy the Canon EF 75-300mm f/4-5.6 III USM Telephoto Zoom Lens, so i was wondering if this lens will fit with my camera. i have a canon eos rebel xsi, a dslr.
Yes it will work very well with your Rebel, as well as with his. The Rebel 2000 is a film SLR and has an "EF" lens mount. Your Rebel XSi has a "EF-S" mount, but can take both EF and EF-S mount lenses. Your father's camera will only be able to take the EF lenses.
