Yes. There are OM adapters for both Olympus' new Four Thirds system and Canon's EOS system that allow focus to infinity without the need for additional optics for correction. With such an adapter, you will be able to mount your OM lenses on any Olympus, Panasonic, or Canon and use them in either aperture priority (stop down metering) or manual modes. Of course, the focus and aperture can only be controlled manually with such lenses. Keep in mind that the crop factor for the system used will apply to the lens.

Olympus makes an official adapter (MF-1), but it can rarely be found for less than its MSRP of $99. It's probably more durable than the Chinese equivalents found on eBay, but my guess is not by much. I recommend Fotodiox if you want to buy an non-chipped third party adapter—it's located in the US. You can find one in the link provided above.
